When we ship our furniture all over the US, we get a lot of customer responses via emails. We've decided to begin listing our most recent responses as they arrive.

We just received this kind, enthusiastic letter...

To start let me make you aware that I am in no way affiliated with, or get any compensation from, Log Home Furniture Store. I am a first time customer but not a last time customer. With that disclaimer out of the way I will now try to convey

the total experience from order to receiving (with mouth hanging open the furniture is beyond awesome). Just a note to begin, the pictures on the web site may as well be a cartoon picture because when you see your furniture the beauty and craftsmanship just blows away any picture on the site. As far as value goes I have three homes all furnished, none of it being anywhere near as cost effective but yet it is very nice stuff (Thomasville, Ethan Allen etc.).

The kitchen table with 4 chairs, coffee table, night stand, indoor gun rack and outdoor gun rack that we bought from Margie and Neil are far superior in beauty and workmanship to anything I have bought in the past. All the pieces exude warmth as well as individuality. Just a word to the wise if you are looking at other log furniture sites and price is a concern remember the word VALUE. The cost to value multiple is extremely low. This furniture is custom made by hand for you and only you. These pieces are OOAK, (One of a kind) there are no others exactly like it on earth. Quality is held in the highest regard at the top of the priority list. The wood is super substantial no knock off stuff here, it is the real deal. If you are looking for the real beauty of wood (a tree) you have found it here. Neil brings the trees to life.

The order experience was the most professional and honest treatment I have obtained in many, many, years thanks to Margie. (Thanks Margie). She fulfilled all requests and kept in touch via email as well as via phone throughout the entire process from order, thru build, to delivery. Delivery was on time, furniture handled impeccably came into our house without a blemish.

In closing, this stuff is just plain kick ass!!!! The whole experience was just kick ass!!! Many thanks to Margie and Neil! The most pleasurable buying and owning experience I have ever had bar none. More things in the world today should make you feel as warm as this experience. The best part of this warmth will continue for as long as you have your furniture which you will hand down to your heirs as it will far outlast you.

Another beautiful piece of art has arrived to us today. It's exactly what we envisioned when we designed it. The wide screen TV and all the stereo components fit perfectly flush in the corner of our Living Room. It's a pretty good match to the other four tables you made for us.

Hi Margie, we bought 3 vanities, medicine cabinet and mirror from you back in August. Since delivery, they have been wrapped up and in storage. Well, we just came from our new home and the vanities have been unwrapped and put in place and they are wonderful. Absolutely beautiful!
