 ______ I am interested in solid wood slab countertops made of (circle those which apply)  Cedar   White Pine  (Countertops are solid wood, include the backsplash and are approximately 2-1/2" thick.)

______ I would like to have you install your twig style drawer and cabinet handles & pulls (see photos).  (If you have your own hardware, please let us know at the time of your quote request.)

______ I would like to have extra drawers installed.  I would like _____ (qty.) vertical banks of drawers (drawers banks are typically stacks of 3 drawers, but can be adjusted to 4 or more.)  (Standard installation:  A blank slab is installed in front of the sink, with a plumbing access door below that.  Standard vanities--when room permits--are produced with drawers across the top, with cabinet doors below.  Added drawers, for drawer banks, are available and encouraged for longer vanities.)

______ I would like the unit unfinished.  (We quote vanities based on final finishing in our shop.)

4.  The lengths of upper cabinets only I will need are __________ (as in the length of cabinetry above the cooking stove and refrigerator, which might require upper cabinets but no lower cabinets). 

5.  Let us know if you will have a dishwasher, trash compactor or any other built-in appliance.  Also, please let us know if you wish to have a cabinet above your refrigerator (please describe in the space below):

6.  Please let us know how many upper and lower finished ends you will require:

9.  ______  I require a kitchen island.  These are the dimensions:  ______ long x ______ wide.  Kitchen islands are generally constructed as a free-standing cabinet, with 3 finished sides and 1 side containing a row of drawers (as many as can be easily constructed based on the size you need) across the top, with accompanying doors below.  Please provide a detailed explanation of anything you are interested in other than this style (such as, extra overhang to accommodate barstools, a lower eating area to accommodate standard dining chairs, built-in appliances, etc.)

10. ______ My kitchen will contain a "peninsula" (or an "L" extension beyond a wall of cabinets).  A peninsula is quoted typically as a lower cabinet with a finished opposite side and a finished end.  Please provide the dimensions of the peninsula in your kitchen: ______ long x _______ wide.

11. ______ I prefer that my cabinetry package be quoted unfinished.  (Kitchen cabinetry is typically quoted finished.)
